About You
  • Senior experience leading claims operations or claims teams at scale
  • Strong claims handling and/or operational leadership background (Damage preferred)
  • Proven track record delivering performance and leading change
  • Experience managing service, quality, and financial KPIs
  • Professional insurance or claims qualification (APA, CIP, ACII or equivalent)
