Cairn is seeking a Senior Engineer in North Dublin to lead site activities, manage health and safety, review designs, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will ensure quality control, compliance with Building Regulations and standards, and effective communication across teams, while advancing Cairn’s quality management goals and stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Methodical approach with attention to detail.
• Able to work well with people at all levels and in a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to take responsibility for designated tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Own health and safety management on the project.
• Review and comment on design drawings; raise RFIs as needed.
• Participate in design team meetings; close out design issues.
• Communicate approved technical submittals to trades.
• Monitor delivery programme; report progress and intervene to prevent delays.
• Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet testing/commissioning timelines.
• Monitor quality of subcontractor work and suppliers.
• Ensure works comply with Building Regulations and standards.
• Inspect works on site; record, raise and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead Cairn quality management system and digital documentation usage.
• Champion BCAR compliance and scaffold inspections when directed.
• Manage site drawings and QA documentation.
