Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd in Ireland/ROI seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead highways and drainage design for residential developments. You will drive feasibility, planning and detailed design, and support construction, coordinating approvals and liaising with authorities and stakeholders.

Formación

• Strong background as a Senior Civil Engineer within a consultancy environment.
• Proven experience delivering residential infrastructure schemes.
• Excellent working knowledge of roads and drainage design.
• Confident managing technical approvals and external stakeholders.
• Able to work on a hybrid basis, combining office and remote working.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the highways and drainage design for residential developments
• Deliver work from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction support
• Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations and reports
• Manage and coordinate S38, S278, S104 and S106 approvals
• Liaise directly with local authorities, water companies and project stakeholders
• Provide technical input and oversight to junior engineers and technicians
