Job summary

Next Generation is seeking a Senior Buyer for its external manufacturing network in Dublin. This 12-month fixed-term contract covers end-to-end purchasing for finished goods, APIs, excipients and packaging within a regulated pharma setting.

You will partner with CMOs/CDMOs and internal teams such as Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery, data accuracy and compliant supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end purchasing cycle in ERP for finished goods, APIs, excipients and packaging.
• Process high volumes of orders accurately and maintain supplier master data.
• Act as main contact for internal customers; communicate order status and risks.
• Build relationships with Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Finance, Labelling and Supply Chain.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with CMOs, CDMOs and resolve issues.
• Track supplier performance and elevate problems with corrective actions.
• Support supplier governance and business reviews.
• Identify process and system improvements to reduce errors and invoice holds.
