Job summary

Auxilion in Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will gather requirements, design processes, create functional designs, and plan testing, working directly with business stakeholders to produce requirement, functional and process models for delivery teams.

You will apply Agile methodologies and leverage Microsoft Azure DevOps and Power Platform tools to drive projects from conception to delivery, mentoring juniors as needed and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT consultancy or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT required
• Master’s degree or certifications (CBAP/PMI-PBA) a plus
• Experience with Azure DevOps and the Power Platform is a plus

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and prioritise business requirements with stakeholders
• Design and optimise business processes for efficiency
• Create detailed functional specifications and design documents
• Plan and execute testing including test cases
• Deliver projects within Agile frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid)
• Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Track requirements, stories and test artefacts in Azure DevOps throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Utilise Azure DevOps for project management and CI/CD
