BOYLE Sports is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to own and elevate our brand across the UK and Ireland. You will guide creative development, oversee major integrated campaigns, and lead media strategy to drive growth while partnering with internal teams and external agencies.

A strong track record in consumer brand management and budget leadership is essential. You will collaborate across Sportsbook, Gaming, Product, Retail, CRM, Performance, PR and Sponsorship to ensure consistent brand

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior brand/marketing roles with consumer brand exposure.
• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns with measurable impact.
• Strong media planning, buying and ability to challenge agencies.
• Excellent creative judgement and campaign leadership.
• Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior guardian of BOYLE Sports brand across UK & Ireland.
• Lead creative development from brief to delivery with internal and external teams.
• Own major integrated campaigns across Sportsbook and Gaming.
• Develop go-to-market plans around key sports and cultural moments.
• Guide media strategy and channel mix to meet brand and commercial goals.
• Set success metrics with BI/research partners and monitor ROI.
