Job summary

AbbVie Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Operations to support the 12-hour operation, liaising with 12-hour managers and ensuring full support for the AD of Operations. You will lead across shifts, drive continuous improvement, and ensure manufacturing activities are delivered safely and compliantly.

You will develop people, strengthen operational performance, and maintain alignment with business requirements while promoting AbbVie values and effective cross-functional collaboration across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing and developing people in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulated manufacturing processes.
• Experience with risk-based verification methods and CAPA.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable department plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate manufacturing and support teams toward objectives.
• Provide clear direction to Operations Managers and senior technicians.
• Promote communication across 12-hour shifts to maintain continuity.
