Job summary

Deep Digital are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead design, implementation and optimization of data historian solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration across control systems.

The role requires leadership in data integration architectures, strong knowledge of PI, Ignition and Kepware, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while maintaining documentation and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years' design, implementation and leadership experience across PI, IP.21, Inmation, Ignition and Kepware.
• Deep knowledge of data integration and historian system architecture.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and automation systems.
• Experience with data contextualisation, visualization and reporting.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Proven mentoring and team leadership experience.
• Clear, effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
