Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. seeks a hands-on automation engineer to build and support equipment control systems on the factory floor, evaluating reliability and guiding machine updates.

Responsibilities include diagnosing PLC issues (Allen-Bradley and Siemens), reading engineering drawings, and ensuring FDA/ISO/GMP compliance through IQ/OQ/PQ validation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Honors degree in mechatronics, mechanical, electronic, automation or related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO/GMP regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with commissioning, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) or manufacturing process engineering.
• Background in continuous improvement methodologies.

Role Requirements

• Documentation: Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
