Job summary

Flutter Entertainment Plc in Ireland is seeking a Senior Automation Business Analyst to lead an agile team of Automation Business Analysts. You will drive a roadmap and deliver robust Automations/AI solutions using Agentic AI, NLP and Gen AI.

You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with process owners, and ensure governance and reporting for automated solutions while driving continuous improvements across operations.

• Participate in problem identification and resolution processes.
• Oversee governance of project phases and reporting for automated solutions.
• Collaborate with process owners to drive operational improvements and automation ideas.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of automated processes.
• Mentor developers and support delivery through leadership.
