Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland Ireland is seeking a Senior Associate for the Dublin tax team. The ideal candidate will advise on corporate tax matters, engage in complex transactions, and lead client initiatives. You will work closely with a global team to provide comprehensive tax solutions to clients.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in the tax practice of a leading law firm, with a strong emphasis on business development and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in work arrangements is supported.

Qualifications

• 3 years PQE (Associate) or 4+ years PQE (Senior Associate) gained within the tax practice of a leading law firm.
• Experience with drafting and negotiation of tax contractual provisions for corporate, real estate, finance, or funds transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to apply legal knowledge practically.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all Irish tax matters and implement efficient solutions.
• Lead on corporate transactions and finance transactions.
• Engage in active business development for client mandates.
