Job summary

A global clinical research organization is seeking an Associate Counsel in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal advice, and collaborating with various business units. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of PQE as a Solicitor, strong leadership and customer service skills, and experience in negotiating important transactions, preferably in the life sciences industry. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Qualifications
