Job summary

Reddy Architecture Group is seeking Associate Architects to take a leading role in design and delivery across the Mid-West and nationally from our Limerick office. The role involves guiding projects from concept through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years post-qualification experience, are Registered Architects, and possess advanced Revit/BIM skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Architect with 8+ years post-professional experience.
• Strong track record delivering projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Advanced Revit and BIM proficiency; capable of leading BIM-enabled delivery.
• Excellent technical, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects through all RIAI work stages.
• Manage project teams, resources and programme delivery.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of design, technical detailing and documentation.
• Oversee BIM and Revit-based project delivery.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Mentor and develop architects, technologists and graduates.
• Contribute to bids, presentations and project reviews.
