Role Overview

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact financial advisory services across complex transactions and infrastructure projects. You’ll support senior leaders in executing mandates, managing stakeholder engagement, building financial models, and preparing investor documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of global infrastructure development, alongside multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Delivery & Project Management
  • Deliver high-quality transaction support within project timelines under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Conduct investment analysis, due diligence, and business valuations to evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Develop and manage robust financial models, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
  • Engage in negotiations with financial institutions, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Interpret and apply commercial and contractual frameworks, especially in project finance and PPP settings.
  • Prepare investment memorandums, reports, and presentations for clients and investors.
Client Engagement
  • Interface directly with client teams to gather requirements and offer tailored advisory solutions.
  • Respond to evolving client needs and support ongoing relationship development.
Business Development
  • Research market trends, competitors, sectors, and geographies to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the development of client proposals and pitch materials.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, infrastructure finance, or project development
  • Experience with international banks, funds, developers, or advisory firms is a strong advantage
  • Exposure to infrastructure finance, project finance, or PPP transactions preferred
  • CFA Level 3 cleared or in progress is a plus
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
