Qualifications

• 7–10+ years PQE in-house and/or at a leading law firm.
• Experience in commercial contracting and regulated environments.
• Strong experience supporting corporate governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as Secretary to CGP and manage Board governance processes.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements.
• Lead matters requiring project management capability.
