Job summary

QT Technologies Ireland Limited, part of Qualcomm, seeks an ASIC Engineer to define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement and document IP for high-performance Qualcomm SoCs. You will help develop the memory subsystem, memory controller, and related infrastructures.

The role requires C++, SystemC, and scripting skills; knowledge of cache and interconnect architectures is a plus. Cork, Ireland location with an open, collaborative environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define, model, design, optimize, verify, validate, implement and document IP (block/SoC) development for high performance, low power products.
• Develop memory subsystem including coherency protocols, NoC interconnect fabrics, system cache and memory controller.
