Salesforce’s Global Brand & Creative team in Ireland seeks an experienced Art Director on Flex Creative. You will transform complex ideas into bold visual stories for brand campaigns and events, guiding designers, animators, and vendors to high craft while aligning with Salesforce standards.

You’ll present concepts to senior leaders, leverage generative AI responsibly, and maintain inclusivity and brand integrity across digital, film, social, and environmental formats.

Formación

• 5+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience in an agency, in-house team, or brand organization.
• A strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, art direction, and visual craft across multiple channels and formats.
• Proficiency in typography, composition, color, motion, and design systems; strong presentation to senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop original concepts and visual direction for brand campaigns and events from sketch to final delivery.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, producers, and designers to translate business goals into creative work.
• Guide designers and external partners to match approved concepts and Salesforce brand standards; ensure craft quality.
• Present ideas and rationale to senior stakeholders; use AI responsibly to speed up concepting while staying original.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Develop original concepts and visual direction for brand campaigns and event experiences, taking ideas from first sketch to final delivery across digital, film, social, presentations, and environmental graphics. Partner with copywriters, designers, strategists, producers, and the Flex Creative Associate Creative Director to turn business goals into clear, strategically sound creative. Guide designers, animators, agencies, and vendors so final work matches the approved concept and meets a high standard of craft and Salesforce brand standards. Present ideas and the thinking behind them to creative leaders and senior stakeholders, and use generative AI responsibly to speed up concepting and production while keeping work original, inclusive, and on-brand.

You’re Our Person If...

• You have 5+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience in an agency, in-house team, or brand organization.
• You have a strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, art direction, and visual craft across multiple channels and formats, including brand or event work.
• You are skilled in typography, composition, color, motion, and design systems, and in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, and you present your ideas clearly to senior audiences.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Even Better If...

• You have experience with generative AI tools for concepting, visual development, or production.
• You are familiar with B2B, enterprise technology, or complex global brands.
• You are experienced in Figma and in giving creative direction to external partners without managing people directly.
