You will partner with management teams to deliver product enhancements, ensure architectural alignment, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high standards of governance and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Engineering Lead.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• AI utilisation expertise and prompt engineering qualification.
• Strong proficiency: Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead applications development and programming activities with a focus on platform modernization and transformation.
• Guide design and architectural adoption in collaboration with multiple management teams.
• Identify system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure adherence to architecture blueprints.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work accordingly.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules and Citigroup policies.
