eTeam in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a senior Technical Integration Lead to design and build webhook and API integrations that connect external platforms with Client systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

The role requires hands-on development, architecture input and strong delivery focus, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite) in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing, developing and troubleshooting enterprise API and webhook integrations.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, authentication protocols and data exchange patterns.
• Proficiency in backend software development using a modern programming language.
• Experience implementing data validation, transformation, error handling, logging and integration monitoring.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across interconnected platforms and services.
• Understanding of secure data handling, API security and enterprise integration standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for new webhook and API integration capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration specifications and development requirements.
• Design, develop and test webhook and API integrations between external platforms and client systems.
• Develop secure and reliable integration workflows with appropriate authentication, error handling, logging and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and implement practical technical solutions.
• Document technical designs, configurations, testing outcomes and operational support requirements.
