PSC Biotech is seeking a Laboratory Analytical Specialist/Analytical Scientist in Carlow, Ireland. You will lead projects within the Analytical Development Lab, overseeing analytical testing across development, clinical and commercial stages for Large Molecule operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in biopharma quality labs and strong chromatography methods. You will drive method introductions, equipment rollouts, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with

Qualificações

BSc/ MSc/PhD in a biosciences or related field with at least 5 years' analytical lab experience.
Proven knowledge of cGMP requirements in biopharma environments.
Extensive chromatography including HPLC/UPLC and proficiency with Empower software.
Experience with bioanalytical methods and plate reader assays.
Strong troubleshooting and instrument maintenance skills.
Solid knowledge of Laboratory Quality Systems.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Attention to detail and systematic problem solving.

Responsabilidades

Lead introduction of new analytical methods to the lab.
Lead new equipment introductions to the lab.
Troubleshooting and solving product testing & equipment issues.
Perform wide range of bioanalytical testing including HPLC/UPLC, CE, ELISA and plate reader assays.
Support launch of new products to site.
Lead and drive continuous improvement solutions to completion.
Mentor analysts and develop training programs.
