Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience developing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and hands-on delivery of scalable AI security automation platforms.
• Design production-grade AI systems with agents, memory patterns, guardrails, and tool-use orchestration.
• Architect retrieval and context-engineering approaches (embeddings, semantic search, grounding, summarization).
• Engineer cloud-native AI services in AWS, Azure and GCP using containers and serverless patterns.
• Optimize performance across latency, throughput, and cost.
• Build APIs and integrations connecting AI to security tools and business processes.
• Establish evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks for agent quality.
• Define engineering standards for reliability, security, and safe AI operation.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence architectural direction.
