Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to drive CTI investigations and build capabilities across the full intelligence lifecycle. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and customers to disrupt cyber threats at scale.

The role requires deep experience in cyber threat intelligence, strong AI fluency, and the ability to deliver high-confidence outputs for diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, async environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or related analytical field.
• AI fluency is required—you build your own tools and agentic workflows with AI tools like Claude to automate and scale investigative work.
• A track record of driving complex investigations independently.
• Strong ability to combine direct collection and OSINT to deliver unique intelligence.
• Excellent judgment about analytical confidence and evidentiary strength.

Responsibilities

• Run investigations end-to-end, from a seed indicator to an attributed actor, cluster, or campaign picture.
• Identify new CTI collection opportunities and rapidly leverage the intelligence.
• Build the network picture around cyber threat actors: infrastructure, malware families, and TTPs.
• Correlate indicators with OSINT, identity signals, infrastructure patterns, and financial-rail activity.
• Produce finished cyber threat intelligence outputs: actor profiles, campaigns, IOC packages, etc.
• Triage large indicator sets and support incident responders with timely intelligence.
