Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Artificial Intelligence team. You will design, build, deliver and scale AI-enabled systems, collaborating with process design, adoption and business units to digitize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong cloud and DevOps experience with AWS.
• Experience building serverless and containerized applications.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and microservices.
• Comfortable with large volumes of data.
• Focus on automation, reliability and operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable cloud infrastructure and applications using AWS services.
• Architect and maintain designs aligned with business requirements for scalability and reliability.
• Build, configure, and manage CI/CD and DevOps pipelines to enable automated software delivery.
• Work with AWS core services including CloudFormation, EC2, ECS/Docker, ELB, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
• Create architecture diagrams, documentation and playbooks.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for performance and scalability.
• Ensure systems security with access controls, encryption and compliance.
• Establish backups, disaster recovery and high availability.
• Perform code reviews and enforce DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and business teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Support testing and automation to ensure reliable deployments.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to tech strategy.
