Job summary

nineDots.io is hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build and productionise Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities. You will design production-grade agents, retrieval systems and backend services, establishing repeatable evaluation and observability practices for reliability.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years’ experience in software engineering, ML or applied AI.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on in agentic AI frameworks and evaluation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and productionise agentic AI capabilities end to end.
• Design durable agentic workflows and scalable retrieval systems.
• Develop secure integrations between AI agents and tools.
• Create evaluation frameworks for reliability and quality.
• Monitor, optimise and observe AI workflows in production.
