Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Ireland (Dublin) is seeking a Senior Web Developer (AEM) to lead the Martech Engineering team and deliver PlayStation.com and associated applications. You will drive the full software lifecycle from analysis to deployment, working with architects, QA, and DevOps to scale our digital platform.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience with Software Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in AEM Content Management and AEM developer tools.
• Strong experience with AEM building blocks: templates, components, dialogs, widgets, bundles.
• Hands-on knowledge of AEMaaCS including deployment and migration to Cloud Service.
• Experience with CTT for content extraction migration and validation.
• Proficient in front-end tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS.
• Proven experience in Agile/scrum development.
• Strong communication; ability to mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, test and deploy AEM Assets and Sites and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
• Share new concepts and strategies to improve development execution.
• Provide deep expertise in AEM and Adobe Target/Analytics.
• Ensure web best practices: UX, SEO, A/B testing, performance optimization.
• Maintain coding standards for efficiency, readability, reuse of code.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues; propose changes for operability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.
• Lead code/design reviews to ensure quality.
