Job summary

Citco, Ireland, is seeking a qualified professional to prepare and review annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements for asset management clients. You will also compile regulatory filings and maintain strong client and internal relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of asset management experience, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Word. Collaboration with audit teams and multiple Citco offices is routine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Asset Management experience in audit, administration, investment management or financial institution.
• Strong IFRS and US GAAP Investment Fund Financial Statement knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge in complex derivatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements.
• Review financial statements prepared by others.
• Prepare regulatory reports (Annex IV, SEC Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, Form SLT and MMIF Return).
• Review regulatory reports prepared by others.
• Obtain working knowledge of CFS proprietary systems.
• Participate in group meetings to exchange status and data.
• Respond to complex inquiries from employees, offices and clients.
• Maintain effective communication within the office and other Citco offices.
• Develop client contacts and be available to their needs.
• Develop strong relationships with internal staff and audit personnel.
• Compose, format and edit routine correspondence and documentation.
• Suggest methods for new work assignments and seek supervisor input.
