Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
• Review and prepare year-end financial statements, management accounts, and statutory filings for a range of entities.
• Provide practical business advice and financial guidance to clients to support growth strategies.
• Monitor engagement progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Lead planning and coordination of assignments across the accounting team.
• Review the work of junior team members, providing guidance, coaching, and technical support where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and enhance operational efficiencies.
