Job summary

Leeside Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the finance team of a growing industrial business in Cork. This hands-on role covers financial reporting, management accounts, controls and analysis while providing commercial support to drive performance.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, assist with year-end reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, maintain strong controls and cash flow, and work with operational teams to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) or studying toward qualification.
• Experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Manufacturing/industrial/process environment experience desirable.
• Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/accounting systems experience.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.

• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider business.
