Job summary

OLIVER, a Brandtech Group company, is seeking a Senior Account & Project Manager in Ireland, hybrid. You will be the central point of accountability for end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-channel briefs for premium and luxury brand clients, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams spanning creative, strategy, and AI production.

This role requires a proactive, multi-stakeholder mindset: building trusted client relationships, planning robust project schedules, tracking budgets, and refining

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, integrated creative and production projects.
• Experience with premium or luxury brand accounts and cross-time-zone teams.
• Strong commercial acumen in budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-channel projects from scope to delivery with quality and consistency at every stage.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted partnerships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans integrating traditional and AI workflows, identifying risks early and adapting plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, and AI production to ensure clear communication and accountability.
• Lead internal and external project communications with the AI Producer and Project Manager to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Manage project budgets, POs, invoicing, and reconciliation; source and negotiate with freelancers and production partners.
• Drive cost efficiencies across delivery without compromising quality and escalate budget risks when needed.
• Establish and champion project management best practices and contribute to process improvement across the team.
• Oversee quality control for all deliverables, handling scope changes and approvals.
• Track and report on project performance, resource utilisation, and budget health with clear updates.
