Randstad UK is seeking a high-achieving recruiter with 360 experience to build and grow a client portfolio in Dublin. You will source, screen and present candidates, write compelling job ads, and nurture a high-performance team culture.

You will manage business development, leverage various tools, and enjoy uncapped earning potential with a supportive environment and training. Flexibility includes remote work up to two days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment with focus on new business development and recruiting in Dublin market.
• Proven track record building client relationships, winning new business, managing key accounts.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates using databases and job boards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work independently in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development and sales calls, generating new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Source, screen, and present qualified talent tailored to client requirements, leveraging our database, job boards, applications, and online tools.
• Write engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent and develop your own network of skilled professionals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
