Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Security Officer to join onsite at Mitchelstown, Co Cork. You will provide professional security, greet visitors promptly and ensure they feel valued with courteous, proactive service.

The role covers holidays and outside of holiday periods there will be several hours in and around Cork City. Day to day duties include running the building, managing reception and meeting room services, directing calls, and coordinating with Building Management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to respond to issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors promptly using correct protocols.
• Manage day-to-day running of the building.
• Maintain high service levels in reception areas and meeting suites.
• Provide staff and visitors with information on policies and procedures.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and route or take messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management and other teams.
• Control car parking and ensure correct bays are used.
