Job summary

Søstrene Grene in Galway is seeking Seasonal Store Assistants to support the festive season. You’ll help with till operations, stock replenishment, and creating inspiring displays, delivering warm, attentive service to customers during our busiest time of year.

This temporary role runs through the festive period with a fixed end date of 31 December 2026. Availability for daytime, evening and weekend shifts is required, and you’ll join a friendly team focused on a magical shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Availability to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the till and handle transactions.
• Replenish stock and set up displays.
• Unpack deliveries and keep the store tidy.
• Create attractive, seasonal handwritten signs.
• Assist customers in finding gifts and festive items.
• Support achieving sales targets through product knowledge.
• Maintain health, hygiene and safety standards.
