Job summary

The White Company in Ireland is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to help create a warm, memorable shopping experience during the festive period. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge and ensure effortless, elegant service in-store.

You’ll build confidence in our brand through friendly conversations, attention to detail and teamwork, while supporting peak-season business goals and delivering exceptional customer care to every guest.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

As a Seasonal Sales Advisor, you play an important role in delivering the day-to-day customer experience in store. You bring our products and brand to life through warm service, genuine conversations, and attention to detail, helping customers feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their choices.

This role is about building strong foundations in customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, while developing confidence and consistency in everything you do.

What you'll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity,
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions. Be able to respond to queries on product’s price, features and benefits,
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators,
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty.
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during this busy period.

Some of our stores have extended opening hours during our peak season. As shift patterns vary by location, please check the opening hours of your preferred store when applying. We will always schedule shifts in line with legal working-time requirements, including those for young workers.
