Job summary

Coach is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate at the Kildare Outlet in Ireland. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations on the floor and in omni-channel tasks.

Represent the Coach brand, build client relationships, utilize POS and mobile tools, stay organized, and participate in brand initiatives and training. A minimum of 1 year in luxury retail and strong English are required; flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is beneficial.
• Strong English proficiency and excellent customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Operate POS and assist with daily store tasks and inventory.
