Job summary

Boots Ireland is hiring for a Seasonal Customer Assistant to join our store team in Ireland. You will be helping customers find gifts, enjoying a fast-paced environment, and supporting deliveries and stock replenishment during our busy festive period.

You’ll work across different areas of the store, delivering friendly, personalised service and ensuring each customer leaves with a positive experience. The role requires flexibility, energy, and teamwork during peak times.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, St Stephen's Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
