L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Beauty Host to warmly welcome guests, provide personalised beauty guidance and deliver signature experiences. You will learn the heritage of our products, share sustainability values, and contribute to premium guest journeys within a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a guest-centric individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or guest-centric roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey product heritage and sustainability values.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional guest experience with warm welcomes and personalised beauty advice.
• Provide beauty consultations and signature experiences like hand massages.
• Develop product knowledge on L’Occitane en Provence heritage, ingredients and sustainability.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock and maintain boutique spaces to standard.
• Meet sales targets through product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems and represent the brand at events.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.


• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.


• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.


• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.


• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.


• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
