Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence in Ireland seeks a Beauty Host to create authentic, memorable guest experiences in a luxury retail setting. You will welcome guests, deliver personalised beauty advice, and perform signature moments like hand massages and consultations.

You’ll deepen product knowledge, share heritage and sustainability values, maintain pristine boutique spaces, and use POS and clienteling tools to build lasting relationships with guests.

Qualifications

• A sunny personality and friendly manner that enhances guest experience.
• Experience or affinity with luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or guest-centric environments.
• Able to tell stories about products and brand values to guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests and providing personalised beauty advice.
• Conduct signature moments such as hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop expertise on L’Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and keep boutique spaces pristine.
• Meet targets through product demonstrations and tailored guest experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate with team and share knowledge openly.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
