Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Expert at Dundrum to join our store team. You will be responsible for delivering expert artistry and product knowledge while building emotional connections with customers to empower their beauty choices.

You will work on the shop floor, meet KPIs, and adapt your approach to suit each customer, while upholding grooming standards and brand guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy is preferred.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail environments is desirable.
• Strong ability to engage customers and promote products.
• A passion for beauty and ability to adapt to different customers.
