A leading service provider in Ireland is seeking a facilities maintenance manager to oversee operations and ensure high standards of service and safety. The ideal candidate should have experience in facilities management, a strong proactive attitude, and be capable of multitasking effectively. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supervising contractors, and undertaking repairs as needed.

Duties to include - Be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of operations services and equipment to the agreed performance, quality, and financial standards. Undertake repairs to building fabric, services, and equipment as requested by the FM Manager. Ensure all areas, storage spaces, and equipment are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards. Supervise external contractors and ensure compliance with Sodexo and client procedures, health. A recognised trade qualification (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry) is an advantage. Experience in facilities, maintenance, or caretaking roles, with the ability to undertake physical tasks, multitask, and prioritise workload effectively. A proactive, can-do attitude, strong timekeeping, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a larger team while maintaining excellent client relationships.
