Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP migration and transformation advisor to guide complex upgrades from ECC to S/4HANA and platform enablement. You will leverage your architectural know-how and creative problem-solving to drive digitization and cloud migration for diverse clients.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP, advisory experience, and strong communication skills to lead workshops, coordinate among vendors, and present to C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield/Hybrid/Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience helping clients plan upgrade/transformation journeys.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams.
• Experience with SAP on Hyperscaler (Azure/AWS/GCP) and clean core remediations.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Smart()field Team and is accountable to the overall Smart()field Pursuit Lead to deliver the solution.
• Storytelling, collateral, quarterbacking pursuits, cross-tower SME coordination, standardization of solutioning processes.
• Contributes to migration/architecture end-to-end.
• Leads high-level and low-level architecture design.
• Leads architectural troubleshooting to find robust solutions.
• Engages client and vendors on architecture and design topics.
• Drives migration/conversion meetings/workshops with the client.
• Coordinates across towers and with vendors/partners; aligns with account leadership.

You are an SAP migration, upgrade, and conversion subject matter advisor with deep experience helping clients meet the challenges of planning through a complex transformation journey, platform enablement, digitization and particularly moving to S/4HANA from both a sales and delivery perspective. You’re in your element using your technical architecture know-how and boss-level creative and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business and technical problems so their companies can do more. Communication and people skills? You have both in spades and you’re as comfortable inspiring teams to bring their A-game as you are presenting to the C‑suite.

The Work:

• Represents the Smart()field Team and accountable to the overall Smart()field Pursuit Lead to deliver the solution.

• Experience storytelling, providing collateral, quarterbacking pursuits, determining cross-tower SMEs, and bringing ruthless standardization to the solutioning cycle.

• Contributes to overall migration plan from technical / architecture end.

• Leads high-level and low-level architecture design.

• Leads technical/architectural challenges/troubleshooting in projects to find appropriate solutions.

• Participates with client and vendors on technical architecture and design topics.

• Engages the client to drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops, present migration/conversion plan.

• Co-ordinate & collaborate among different towers and work closely with other vendors/partners

• Co-ordinate internally with the account leadership, QA Director etc.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business and client requirements

What You Need:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades - Brownfield Vs Hybrid Vs Greenfield

• Experience leading or actively participating in 2 or more ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs

• Experience helping clients plan their overall upgrade/ transformation journey

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and the related technologies

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales opportunities while working closely with Client and Account Teams

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with additional SAP Technology related tasks and such, including but not limited to: downtime optimization approaches - Near Zero Downtime (nZDT) or Downtime Optimization Conversion (DOC), reviewing SAP Readiness or SI Check reports, selective Data Transition (SAP DMLT/SDT, SNP - Bluefield, CBS etc.), SAP on Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP)and custom code remediation and clean core approaches

• Experience supporting the Consumer Goods Industry/clients

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• You have experience with Project delivery leveraging AI Technologies

• You have experience with migration of PI/PO SAP middleware to BTP IS
