Job summary

Gilead Sciences Ireland UC in Cork is seeking an Affiliate End-User Support Coordinator (SAP QM) to provide primary support to Quality Assurance users across affiliate organisations and deliver practical guidance, troubleshooting and training.

The role focuses on SAP QM processes, quality master data, inspection management and batch release, working with QA, IT and business operations to ensure compliant, effective system use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 6+ years in pharma/biotech or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience supporting Quality Assurance in GxP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP QM and QA processes.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, change control, CAPA and validation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for QA and business users on SAP QM.
• Guide material master setup, quality master data, inspection plans and batch release.
• Respond to user questions on SAP QM transactions and processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to SAP QM Support or IT teams.
• Coordinate with system/process owners for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare testing and validation activities, training materials and user guidance.
