Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant for a Dublin-based, perm role on a hybrid model. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations, focusing on S/4HANA Finance and real-time integration.

You will run fit-to-standard workshops, document business requirements, configure and test modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Internal Orders), migrate data, and support post go-live with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts.
• Experience across SAP FI and CO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Internal Orders, COP.
• Strong ability to run fit-to-standard workshops, gather requirements, and translate into scalable SAP solutions.
• End-to-end project involvement: design, build, config, testing (unit/integration/UAT), data migration, cutover, post go-live support.

• 
  Contract SAP FICO Consultant with 5+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including SAP S/4HAN
• ALead and support full lifecycle delivery across SAP FI and CO modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and COP
• AStrong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts including New GL, document splitting, and real-time FI/CO integratio
• nProven ability to run fit-to-standard workshops, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP solution
• sEnd-to-end project involvement covering design, build, configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, cutover, and post go-live suppor
• tCollaborate closely with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver integrations, enhancements, and issue resolutio
• nProduce high-quality functional documentation and deliver effective knowledge transfer to business and support team
• sComfortable working independently in a daily rate contract environment with strong stakeholder management and communication skill
