Job summary

Peter Mark is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Salon Coordinator / Receptionist to join The Pavilions Shopping Centre, Swords, Co. Dublin. The 9-month fixed-term contract requires working Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays, providing a warm, professional front of house and coordinating client visits.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellence, be the first point of contact for clients, and help the team achieve salon targets with strong sales and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering excellence in all aspects of the role.
• First point of contact and the first impression of the salon for clients.
• Strive to ensure clients receive consistently excellent service.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team alike.
• Take pride in appearance and presentation appropriate for Front of House in a salon.
• Have cash management experience.
• Be actively involved in motivating the team to reach salon targets.
• Have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty/fashion industry.
• Demonstrate strong sales skills and an interest in retail products.
• Thrive on working under pressure.
• Be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the efficient and friendly operation of the front of house.
• Supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salons in a warm and professional manner.
