Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile product management or as a technical business analyst/architect.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platforms.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and familiarity with common tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to say no to low-value requests while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Backlog management: own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align priorities and expectations across the org.
• Translate goals into detailed stories and clear acceptance criteria for developers.
• Plan releases with Product Owner/Manager and ensure quality standards in new features.
• Evaluate progress and metrics to ensure ROI and competitiveness.
• Design long-term scalable solutions to reduce technical debt.
• Define a strategic roadmap prioritizing high-ROI features and platform upgrades.
• Maintain platform governance including API usage and security configurations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on PoCs for emerging tech like Einstein AI or Data Cloud.
