Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Sales Support professional in Naas, Ireland, to be the main contact for customers, handle inquiries about products, pricing and documentation, and manage the project pipeline with Key Account Managers. You will use CRM systems to update status and timelines.

Collaborating with R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing and Finance, you will support tender materials, maintain price lists, and help deliver a seamless customer experience across locations while upholding Kerry's safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a commercial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing, documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Manage the project pipeline in coordination with Key Account Managers, updating status, progress, and timelines within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure efficient project execution and alignment across commercial and operational activities.
• Coordinate complex interactions with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Lead commercial data management, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date master data and records in CRM and related systems.
• Prepare and support commercial documentation, including offers, quotations and tender materials.
• Maintain and update customer price lists, ensuring accurate implementation in internal systems.
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives through proactive communication, service accuracy, and support to Key Account Managers in improving processes and interactions.
• Support Key Account Managers in organizing customer meetings, business reviews, and presentations.

What you can bring to the role

• Previous proven experience working cross-functionally in a commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in master data management and SAP.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is considered an advantage.
