Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Sales Stock and Order Processing Executive in Dublin 12.

Permanent, full time role

Salary up to €40,000

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for the dealer network on new vehicle orders and deliveries.
  • Proactively manage delivery timelines for vehicle orders and communicate supply updates to dealers.
  • Liaise with logistics and transport partners to coordinate vehicle deliveries.
  • Work closely with production planning, regional logistics teams, shipping companies, and other supply chain stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the online ordering system to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and supply plans.
  • Identify system or process issues, report exceptions, and propose improvements.
  • Monitor demand data accuracy and trends, providing insights to demand and production planning teams.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in data quality and data visualisation.
  • Support senior supply chain team members in introducing lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with demand and production planning activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to respond to vehicle supply queries.
  • Ensure optimal showroom display stock levels are maintained.
  • Minimize aged inventory and ensure fresh stock availability.
  • Manage fleet vehicle operations including onboarding, preparation, usage and disposal.
  • Monitor compliance for company pool vehicles, including tolls and taxation.
The Person
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in forecasting or logistics is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail is critical with keen numeric and analytical ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills essential.
  • Team player.
