Job summary

Dawn Meats in Kildare town invites high-potential graduates to join a structured Commercial Sales and Planning programme. You will gain exposure to sales, planning, and production while learning from experienced teams on the shop floor.

The role develops business development, relationship management and costings for new and ongoing business, with a focus on meeting customer requirements and delivering value across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agri Business, Business or Sales related discipline.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Fluent French Speaker desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Operate across all areas of sales and supply chain.
• Cost new products accurately and manage pricing considerations.
• Coordinate production and assess costings for new/ongoing business.
• Liaise with all departments to meet customer requirements.

Overview Company: Dawn Meats Job title: Commercial Sales and Planning Graduate Location: Kildare town (Co. Kildare). Reporting to: Site Operations Manager Contract type: Full-Time/Permanent

Role Summary: The successful candidates will be operating in fast- paced, challenging but rewarding environment. Responsibilities include business development, relationship management and supply chain management. You will be responsible for coordinating the production and assessing costings of new and ongoing business. Working and liaising with all departments to make sure customer requirements are met and exceeded in the most efficient manner. You will spend time on the production floor learning the entire production process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be based in one of our primary production facilities and will:
• Operate across all areas of sales and supply chain.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines.
• Be able to accurately cost new products.
• Be able to make good decisions in high pressure environments.
• Work with a continuous improvement mindset across everything that they are tasked with.
• Your role will see you tackle a wide range of business challenges in a busy Commercial environment.
