Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a dynamic Sales Merchandiser to join our Suntory team. You will build relationships with store managers, drive sales, ensure products are in stock and well presented, and execute planograms and promotions to maximise visibility.

You'll travel across your territory, report data, provide market feedback, and contribute to growth for leading beverage brands. A full driving licence and pro-active, customer-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and merchandising work in an FMCG/retail environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with store managers and decision-makers.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

CPM Ireland are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Merchandiser to join our team and help deliver outstanding execution across our retail customers to join our Suntory team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.

• Following a structured journey plan and retail call file.
• Capturing and reporting data accurately through company systems.
• Providing regular market, customer and competitor feedback.
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising and execution at all times.
• Working collaboratively with your manager and wider team to deliver business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, merchandising or FMCG experience.
• A good understanding of the retail environment, with convenience channel experience an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail and a results-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using technology and systems including Microsoft Office.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
