You will spend 12 months foundations learning dealership operations, then 12 months on the floor with a mentor, and graduation into a fully qualified Kearys Sales Executive.

You'll gain BYD Academy certification, training in Eskimo CRM, CitNow, CDK and Power BI, plus modern digital retailing.
