Hotel Sales Executive - Full-Time
About the Role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our team at The Radisson Blu Sligo and play a key role in achieving our revenue goals. You will be responsible for generating new business, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing the hotel's offerings and exceeding their expectations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase group and individual room bookings, meetings and events, and other hotel services.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and report on results to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Participate in hotel events and activities to promote the hotel and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
